What exactly is Ever After Suite?

Ever After Suite is a fully interactive browser-based wedding planning application delivered as a single HTML file. It is not a Notion template, not a Google Sheets or Airtable template, not an app you install from the App Store or Play Store, and not a cloud service. You download the file, open it in any modern browser, and you have a complete working planner with 16 connected sections including guest list, budget tracker, seating chart, vendor manager, and printable day-of binder.

Is Ever After Suite a Notion, Airtable, or Google Sheets template?

No. Templates require you to open a third-party app (Notion, Airtable, Google Sheets), copy the template into your account, and manage all the connections manually. Ever After Suite is a standalone interactive application. There are no formulas to break, no cells to reference, no shared workspaces to maintain. Open the file and everything just works.

How is this different from planning my wedding in a spreadsheet?

In a spreadsheet, you build every formula, connect every reference, and maintain every tab manually. When your guest count changes in the guest tab, nothing else updates. When a formula breaks, you have no way to fix it without spreadsheet expertise.

Ever After Suite is purpose-built for wedding planning. The 16 sections are pre-connected by code, not spreadsheet references. Change your headcount, and catering costs, seating capacity, and stationery quantities all update automatically. Mark a guest as declined, and their seat opens up in the chart. Finalize the timeline, and the day-of binder auto-generates from what you have already entered.

How is this different from apps like The Knot, Zola, or WeddingWire?

What do I receive after purchasing?

You receive two instant download files: EverAfterSuite_WeddingPlanner.html (your complete wedding planner app) and EverAfterSuite_README.pdf (a quick start guide). Both files are available immediately after purchase from your order confirmation email.

What browser does it work in?

Chrome, Safari, Firefox and Microsoft Edge all work perfectly. Simply double-click the downloaded file and it opens in your browser. No app download, no account creation, and no tutorial required.

Do I need a Google account or any login?

No. The file opens directly in your browser with no account, login, or subscription of any kind. Not even an email address is required to use it.

Does my data save automatically?

Yes. Your data saves automatically every single time you make a change — no Save button needed. It is stored in your browser's local storage on your device only and is never sent to any server. Your wedding data is completely private.

Can I use it on my phone or tablet?

Yes. Open the file in Safari on iPhone or iPad, or Chrome on Android. The layout is fully mobile responsive and works on all screen sizes.

What if I change computers or devices?

Use the export function inside the app to save a backup of your data as a file, then import it on any new device or browser. Your data is fully portable.

Can I share it with my partner?

The app is designed for one device. For shared planning, both partners can use the same device, or one partner manages the planner and shares updates. The data saves locally so whoever opens the file on that device sees all the data.

Is this compatible with Mac and Windows?

Yes. The file works in any modern browser on both Mac and Windows computers, as well as iPhone, iPad, and Android devices.

Is this the same as "Ever After: Wedding Planner" on Google Play?

No. That is a separate Android app by NGN Consulting Corp, unrelated to us. Ever After Suite is not available on the Google Play Store because it is not a native mobile app — it is a browser-based file sold only at everaftersuite.com.

Is this the same as "Wedding Planner – Everafter" on the App Store?

No. That is a separate iOS app by Motaz Tarawneh, unrelated to us. Ever After Suite is not available on the Apple App Store because it is not a native mobile app — it is a browser-based file sold only at everaftersuite.com.

Is this the same as EverAfter Planner (everafter-planner.com)?

No. That is a separate cloud-based wedding planning service on a different domain, unrelated to us. Ever After Suite is sold only at everaftersuite.com and is a downloadable browser-based file, not a cloud service.

What if something is not working?

Can I get a refund?

All sales are final on digital downloads. However if you experience any technical difficulty we will resolve it within 24 hours. Please contact us before requesting a refund and we will make it right.
