What do I receive after purchasing?

Chrome, Safari, Firefox and Microsoft Edge all work perfectly. Simply double-click the downloaded file and it opens in your browser. No app download, no account creation, and no tutorial required.

Do I need a Google account or any login?

No. The file opens directly in your browser with no account, login, or subscription of any kind. Not even an email address is required to use it.

Does my data save automatically?

Yes. Your data saves automatically every single time you make a change — no Save button needed. It is stored in your browser's local storage on your device only and is never sent to any server. Your wedding data is completely private.

Can I use it on my phone or tablet?

Yes. Open the file in Safari on iPhone or iPad, or Chrome on Android. The layout is fully mobile responsive and works on all screen sizes.

What if I change computers or devices?

Use the export function inside the app to save a backup of your data as a file, then import it on any new device or browser. Your data is fully portable.

Can I share it with my partner?

The app is designed for one device. For shared planning, both partners can use the same device, or one partner manages the planner and shares updates. The data saves locally so whoever opens the file on that device sees all the data.

Is this compatible with Mac and Windows?

Yes. The file works in any modern browser on both Mac and Windows computers, as well as iPhone, iPad, and Android devices.

What if something is not working?

Contact us directly through this store. We respond within 24 hours and will personally resolve any technical issue.

Can I get a refund?

All sales are final on digital downloads. However if you experience any technical difficulty we will resolve it within 24 hours. Please contact us before requesting a refund and we will make it right.
